      Company seems very gear towards training individuals.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for someone And qualifications I’ve worked in the telecommunications industry for 28 years plus the two I’ve been here.

      Absolutely nepotistic, in my case the C level individual previously worked with my supervisor and her supervisor. If you crossed one, you may as well start looking for another job. They will put false information on performance reviews, send emails describing conversations that never happened and because of the nepotism, there is no one to reach out to.

      Nothing good to say about Brightspeed

      Cons

      No longer remote even though my position was promoted as remote when I was hired. My jobs changes often because of the high turnover and manager has no experience. No work life balance even though it was promoted when I was hired.
