Nothing, just sending jobs overseas and hard to understand repair techs.

Cons

No direction outsourcing most of the repair overseas where techs are hard to understand bringing down customer service and losing customers.

Great team ,fantastic SRO and MRO .alot of learning daily. It has been a wonderful journey so far , and the best decision to come to work for brightspeed.

Cons

Bumps and bruises and a few obstacles along the way , but nothing i can really think of.
