If you want to have the ability to get things done and are willing to take accountability for it, then this is it: Brightspeed is a big company with a startup mentality. The culture is great, focused on growth and with clear strategic direction. Remote employees are seamlessly integrated and the focus is not on where people live, but on onboarding the best talent available.
