Pros

The company advertises a good set of values to get people in the door. But they couldn’t deliver on a consistent culture where these values are actually displayed.

Cons

Too many to list. The biggest issue was a recruiting staff that operated on outright lies to get people through the door and a weak management staff that was overwhelmed and not fit for the role.

Pros

Work and life balance, competitive pay and benefits. Leadership is helpful and it's a great work environment if you are willing to take on challenges.

Cons

Communication could always improve, but I have nothing to complain about at the moment.

Pros

Growing company with a leadership team who listens and wants to do things right for their employees AND the customer! Growth mindset - but patience in doing so to make sure it's done right! Excellent culture - positivity from top down! Leadership is very approachable and values employee input. Competitive Pay and Compensation Plan. Resources and support teams who want to help you succeed!

Cons

No cons - but note - this is a new company so there are some kinks to be worked out. However, leadership recognizes and acknowledges the challenges openly and is committed to improvement. And yes, the portfolio of services is limited at this time , but leadership wanted to "do no harm" Day 1. They have a solid roadmap to add more solutions, add necessary resources, and improve systems and process very soon to help the company continue to grow and to allow the employees to be successful!
