The company is excellent, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Additionally, the business partners are joy to work with and contribute positively to the overall success of the organization.

Cons

There is a lot of work that's ahead of us transitioning away from Lumen. However, a positive aspect is that teams collaborate very frequently, so the organization understands the work that needs to be done to achieve this goal.

Hiring process was straightforward and the communication was timely. After starting, everyone has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The start-up mentality allows you to do a lot of different things and see the impacts of your work both on the business and customer.

Cons

None that I've seen so far.
