Working with the residents was the best part

Working at Brightview Senior Living was a meaningful experience for me. The residents were always kind and respectful, and they made me feel like part of a family. I truly value the time I spent there and the appreciation I received from both residents and many of my coworkers.

Cons

However, I also experienced difficult moments due to internal decisions that, from my perspective, were not fair. Someone in a leadership position used their influence in a negative way, resulting in changes that affected not only my job stability but also that of other valuable team members. This created a tense work environment and, in my case, led to the loss of a job I truly cared about.
