High pressure but good money

very high pressure, demanding, unrealistic workload and sales goals, management feigns concern, nasty backstabbing phony Directors and sales staff, bad management practices- some high level mgmt disrespectul of residents and their concerns

Pros

Great environment, loved working with the residents Flexible when I worked there and more of a casual environment, could socialize a lot with coworkers in between work.

Cons

Management at the time was rocky and we were going through dining managers and directors every couple months
