      Pros

      Brightview Senior Living truly cares about there Associates and the STARS culture is really genius. Great benefits and a pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      The community is open 24 hours, so it is required no matter the weather (snow storm etc.) to be present for your shift.

      Pros

      Good work environment, very cheerful. Management is on your side and will defend you if there are any problems. Work is Family to them.

      Cons

      Management is sometimes unwilling to discipline/correct associates who have been around for a long time because they are afraid to lose them. They also let the workload get out of hand in an effort to fill rooms, and very rarely brings in extra help. Will ask you to cover other shifts/stay late frequently due to no shows even when working full time
