      Residents are wonderful, food all the time, most co workers are fun and friendly

      Managers who are very mean and condecending, no promotions, under paid, overworked

      Pros

      Great working closely with management of the community, as well as residents and visitors. Company is great about treating their employees. Birthday cards, holiday parties, and flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Training was good, but could be more consistent.
