      Pros

      Over all, a so-so. Fun coworkers, wonderful residents. Paid time off accumulated relatively quickly. LOTS of free food that was left over from events. Original Business Office Manager and Executive Director were amazing

      Cons

      Evening shift was ridiculously hard to do, as time went on. Not enough. Seriously under appreciated. Little to no room for promotion. Horrible amount of drama/gossip. New directors and some old that don't know how to run things

      Pros

      They actually care. They do what they say. They are reliable. They are truly involved. You really enjoy working for senior leadership, who are transparent.

      Cons

      Stuck in the last decade when it comes to technology and approach. Trying to slowly advance that. Need more social media presence.
