      Full time positions offer employee benefits, employees receive holiday pay(varies based on employment status), employers ask for feedback frequently

      Cons

      required to bend your will on a daily basis to meet every ridiculous want/need of the residents, lack of communication between departments, can't say no to anyone, more about appearances than quality

      BVSL is a very good company with a lot of perks an incentives to carry out their "STARS" philosophy and treatment of seniors.

      Cons

      Very often there is a major lack of communication (which I have also heard from several departments in the community owned by BVSL where I was employed).

      Growing company that provides incredible service to its customers. Recognized that its employees are a key to their success so they have very good salary structures and benefits. Awarded the 'Best place to work' in the Baltimore area several years in a row.

      As is common in the healthcare business, the work environment can be very stressful. The company also has shown the signs of strain due to its rapid growth over the past few years.
