Disorganized, can be stressful at times, have to expect the unexpected, be open to changes in day to day work life and when resident's pass away.

They make you go to harassment training. I was harassed at work and when I reported it, I was told that I didn't have a say in what happened since I was only part time. They are nice at first. We were never trained on kitchen sanitation, the first night I got there, my trainer didn't even tell me to wash my hands. I've seen other employees pick up ice cream that fell on the floor and serve it to people.
