      Pros

      BVSL is a very good company with a lot of perks an incentives to carry out their "STARS" philosophy and treatment of seniors.

      Cons

      Very often there is a major lack of communication (which I have also heard from several departments in the community owned by BVSL where I was employed).

      This company delivers on its intent to make this a place that people want to come to work, They value their associates, encourage professional growth, and promote from within. Senior management is supportive and accessible. The benefits are excellent. This is a community that truly cares for its residents.

      Cons

      Honestly, none. This is the best company for which I have worked in my 20 year career.

      Brightview is an exceptional place to work! The flexibility of my schedule makes the balance of life and work, one that is unmatched by any other employer I have ever had!

      Every work place has its ups and downs. Every workplace has employees with exceptional work ethics and some that do not. If you focus on "you", what "you" need to accomplish in your position and what you are doing for the residents on a daily basis you will certainly experience more pros than cons!
