Pros

-AMAZING HEALTH BENEFITS -Christmas bonus -Business Casual attire - no set uniform -Very kind Business Office Manager -Somewhat rewarding

Cons

-Dealing with many rude and condescending seniors and their families (the clients) -Having coworkers with weaker skills or who are newer making more than you -It could easily get busy and sometimes moderately stressful -Consistent phone ringing -Leadership avoiding the clients' phone calls and you end of being the punching bag for complaints out of your control -They don't want you to leave the front desk but have many tasks that require you to be away from the front desk. Management says they'll sit in for you, but don't.

Pros

Some managers are great but hands are tied. Free food

Cons

Took several months to get hired it’s as if I applied to NASA the amount of waiting. Too much work for so little pay, No sick days or personal days. You need to accumulate PTO to get any sick or personal days. Constant ridiculous training demands without being paid. Give us titles and then then ask us to do things that have nothing to do with our job description. No security at all in any of the buildings I worked at. Very few security cameras if any.
