Senior Living is difficult in that it inherently involves the passing of close connections. That can be difficult.

High pressure but good money

very high pressure, demanding, unrealistic workload and sales goals, management feigns concern, nasty backstabbing phony Directors and sales staff, bad management practices- some high level mgmt disrespectul of residents and their concerns
