      - Quality of job experience is dependent on location management - High turnover in certain departments - It's not for everyone and you have to have the right attitude

      Pros

      Very easy work, friendly management. Lots of benefits, even for part time employees. Shifts are plentiful and short, making it feasible as a student to work and balance studies.

      Cons

      The residents living in the community can be challenging to understand and deal with. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with residents.
