      Pros

      Nice residents. That’s literally it.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Poor pto. Poor management. get talked down on when you can’t work extra hours. don’t get me started on the work environment… full of entitled, older employees who been with the company for years. No one knows the value of working in a team, as a team. Overall, they talk a good game, it they don’t really care about their employees.
