Just as you seem very happy with your role at Brightway, we are just as happy that you have chosen Brightway as your place to SHINE. Our culture is welcoming to all who want to support our agents in growing successful businesses and support our customers in protecting what is important to them. We have experienced tremendous growth in recent years; while this can certainly lead to “wearing a lot of hats at times,” those employees who show an aptitude for delivering beyond expectations are amply rewarded for their contributions.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we have reduced overtime availability this past year, the shift is partly in response to employee feedback on the importance of work/life balance. Adequate team staffing ensures our agents’ and customers’ needs can be met efficiently and effectively, even during expanded hours of operation, without over-extending our valued employees. We continue to reward our top performing customer care representatives with spot bonuses and semi-annual incentives for exceeding their goals, and we’re excited to have just announced we are adding three more company-paid holidays in 2025 (in addition to the three we added this year).
