Pay, culture, incentives/bonuses stripped away after company bought by shareholders who focus on profit, outsourcing and a drive for tech replacing live humans has driven company culture to the ground, everyone is stressed and not happy to be there it's an unpleasant environment. Pay is below industry standard, those who actively complain tend to get fired

Thank you for your perspective. Each year, while investing profit back into the company to ensure future growth and prosperity for all Brightway employees and agents, we also earmark a significant portion for bonuses, raises and incentives. Some of the reinvestment is most certainly applied toward advanced technology to better serve our agents and customers, and better support our employees on a daily basis. This is simply smart business in the 21st century. Lastly, our culture is one that supports problem identification accompanied by recommendations for smart solutions.
