It sounds as if you worked for one of our agency owners and enjoyed your time in the role. Happy to hear this as we have over 350 amazing agency owners across the country who recruit, reward and retain some of the best talent in the insurance industry.

Yikes

Pros

- Solid work from home office equipment - Hotel the company uses close to HQ for travel is nice - Chipotle across the street from HQ

Cons

- SIX interviews prior to offer, and an overall chaotic/inefficient interview process - Revenue leadership exhibits exceptional narcissism, causing a litany of issues for the underlying team/s - Seems to be governed by private equity interests (i.e. squeeze every cent, give little back) - Nonexistent onboarding or support structure for new employees (you will be expected to learn almost entirely independently. There is/was no org chart, no knowledge-base, no training structured or otherwise) - Numerous executives left within 12 months' time; sems like Brightway is trying to figure out what their organizational structure should be - No career pathing available; minimal room for upward mobility within any reasonable timeframe, though plenty of "talk"

We are sorry to hear your consulting experience with Brightway was not as productive as you had hoped. Brightway is an environment for collaborative, solution-minded individuals who challenge themselves and those around them to make life better for our agents and our customers. We have created career paths for our team members and are seeing top talent advance into expanded roles, managerial and leadership positions. Much of this success and growth has been driven by a significant investment from our private equity partner. In addition, the investment in Brightway is being used to develop industry-leading agency and customer support platforms and technology, and to improve our employee and agency recruiting and training capabilities. Thank you for your contributions while you were with us, and best of luck in your future endeavors!

We are sorry to hear your employment experience for the past four years has not met your expectations. Unsure if you are working in an agency or as a corporate team member, but would recommend you work with your manager to identify what is driving your dissatisfaction and discuss your concerns. You can also email hr@brightway.com if you would like to arrange to speak with an HR professional about your concerns.
