unlimited overtime, work from home

Cons

have to talk on the phone nonstop, secretly listen to your calls, dont care about your family or personal life, fake team leads that say they care but do not, you will get fired if you mess up once or twice. no room for growth.

--Solid IT/agent working systems --Interactive management --Room to move around in company --Decent perks (company outings/lunches, etc)

Cons

--Low base salary (compared to national rate) --Long work hours (Florida insurance market is crashing in 2022) --May have issues moving upwards --Not alot of interaction with C-Suite or VIP managers --Customer service dept has extremely high turnover
