Pros

Amazing working environment even being remote/work from from. Plenty of opportunities for overtime and bonuses. They’re always giving incentives and recognition. Corporate respects your thoughts, opinions and ideas. They also offer plenty of help. If you have any questions, you need immediate assistance with wire, working on the phones or emails with an insured. I feel compensation is fair. They’re very understanding of work life balance.

Cons

Wish they had a few more of the federal holidays that they gave off but they’re so flexible. It doesn’t make too much of an impact.

Agency owner & staff was awesome to work with.

Cons

They pay commissions several months behind and you don’t receive commission for all the customers you’ve written. It’s delayed several months consistently.

Thank you for your feedback. Brightway pays commissions twice a month. Commission payments are disbursed once a policy is entered into our agency management system and funds are received from our carrier partners. We value our franchisees and, as you noted, are always seeking opportunities to support their success and make Brightway better.
