      The entire Brightway family is amazing. From the first day I felt like I've been part of the Brightway family for years.

      Pros

      This is a company that cares about their employees. They give you the necessary tools to complete the job including training from the ground up, and they always make sure to show us that we are valued.

      Cons

      We are still young, so we are constantly updating and implementing new technologies, that takes some getting used to.

      Great company with a lot of opportunity!

      Pros

      I have been with Brightway for a number of years and the company continues to grow and provide opportunities for employees that want new challenges. Being a developer we build tools that help the company grow, while also helping customers and that work gets recognized. Brightway is constantly working to do better and be smarter and I love that attitude.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything negative to say, it can be a fast paced environment, but that is something I enjoy.
