We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience was not representative of our company culture. We have monthly manager meetings and do try to foster an environment that produces quality management. All of our company supervisors and our human resources department have open door policies, and if an employee doesn’t feel that they are able to reach their potential, or are having issues with the supervisor they report to, we encourage them to come forward so that any problems can be resolved.

Most of the team leads are knowledgeable and friendly, multiple schedule options, decent benefits

Cons

The higher ups and some lower level managers are pure terrors, they lord power like it makes them a god or something. Favoritism EVERYWHERE! Mandatory overtime on Saturdays.

Nothing at all, it is a company with a poor foundation and leadership.

Cons

This company is a joke, I worked for them and every single day was a bad day. From leadership, management, and every day life, it was not enjoyable. They let people go abruptly, so don't count on staying long even if your performance is stellar. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
