Pros
Being a Brightway Agent I take pride in my ability to offer one on one, excellent customer service. We at Brightway have several different Insurance Companies that we are appointed with. Therefor this gives me a variety of options and choices to place any insurance quote with. I have markets for both standard and non-standard insurance, giving me the ability to insure clients with clean driving records and great credit and also those clients with bumps and bruises that need a specific kind of insurance policy. We all are different in many ways but at the end of the day we are all people and we deserve fair, respectful, honest equal treatment and service from any company. I can promise you that kind of loyalty and respect from myself as well as any of our employees here at our Brightway , The Fitzpatrick Agency!
Cons
This is my personal professional opinion only however Brightway offers a service team of professionally trained agents to process all the endorsements to carriers, process any underwriting information that might need serviced etc... Which gives the Producers more time to do just that Produce! However being an agent for over 15 years I feel like I should be responsible for taking care of my clients on a personal level. Some other Agents would disagree and absolutely be ecstatic about a full service department, and I must admit that it does have its pros and cons. Either way I know that the clients here at Brightway are being very well taken care of.
