It sounds as though your experience is with a franchise location, and you're correct that Brightway Agents have access to more insurance brands than other agents and as a result are able to offer customers more choice than anyone else.
The benefit of being a Brightway franchise owner is that each owner has the freedom and flexibility to run the business how he/she sees fit and shape the office culture to his/her liking.
