The people treat you like family, the work is challenging but rewarding, and the atmosphere is lively and comfortable. The leadership is fantastic, and you're inspired and motivated every day.

Working at Brightway is a career. With new positions being created regularly they love to promote from within and bring in talented outside hires, plenty of jobs to go around. The key to success at Brightway is show up, have a good attitude and work hard, the rest will fall into place.

Cons

Like any growing company we experience growing pains from time to time. However, our leadership is great at recognizing if there is a problem and works to find a resolution. I take great comfort in knowing Brightway is a company truly working to do right by their employees.
