Thank you for your dedication to Brightway. As you’ve experienced, Brightway is growing quickly. To support our rapid growth and expanded service hours, we have explored administrative offshoring. We have also implemented AI enhancements to our workflows to support our advisors in completing administrative tasks – a change that has received an overwhelmingly positive response. Neither strategic business initiative is replacing our valued team members; in fact, we continue to hire vigorously for customer advisor roles. Recent performance-based and market-based pay adjustments have allowed us to remain competitive in hiring and retaining the best talent.
