Pros
Brightway is a company that lives by their core values : Smart, Accountable and Trustworthy. Working at Brightway is more than just "a job", it's part of a movement to help everyone involved with Brightway, be it our agents, customers, or employees, reach their personal potential. The management team always has my back, even if a mistake is made (as all employees will naturally due in the course of time.) As long as an employee personifies the core values of the company and gives it their all, they will continue to grow and prosper within the organization.
Cons
Disrupting an industry is not a piece of cake. I know many employees across different departments who work extra hours in order to achieve the organization's goals. If goals are met, those employees will always be taken care of. However the person who is just looking for a "9-5" job and collect a paycheck will not reach their full potential.
