- The feature team was good, hard-working

Cons

3 managers wanted to impress higher up, of course for their own promotion sake; they started tracking everyone's time in the most outdated fashion: fill in your timesheet in my Excel, and type in Slack chat. They even introduced the late-night feature sharing to the west team to show off the output from the team, which requires all people working hard all day to attend. Other than that, it goes without saying the high-ups just twice as bad as those managers

The pay check and benefits.

Cons

They will get you excited about the possibilities, but this company can't even hold on to their executive leadership team/C-suite. The company is run by the CEO and his tiller. The rest of leadership and employees cower to him ... I've never seen anything quite like it. The company is more of a sinking ship than a prosperous unicorn. Not sure they will be able to turn the company around based on what I just experienced.
