Since the switch to Brillio, it seems like the management team is committed to a new style of openness and genuinely wants to encourage employees to step up. The company is flexible. There area a lot of changes happening.

Cons

The changes can sometimes be confusing and sometimes it takes too long to get clarity at lower levels.
