Pros
It is a nice place to work. The people are good, since it was my first job a hell lot of learning. The work life balance is good. The management and everyone understand that you have a life outside the office, but the work always gets done no matter. There is also good recognition of the work if you really stand out of the crowd. If you are just another person working as a software guy for the heck of it, don't bother it will be the same for you everywhere. There is a good amount of energy in people to innovate, write new patents / ideas which are rarely found in that much quantity in other companies.
Cons
Being a new player in the business consulting market it has yet to prove its worth.
