Seems no one knows what anyone else is doing...

Pros

........ Well that's not going to be easy... You'll get plenty of hours, one week anyway. Them the second week of the pay period they take them away.

Cons

Hour fluctuation, poor benefits. No communication between departments or management. One person makes a change and no one else knows about it until things are all messed up.

New Jan 2013 Management - Same old story!

Pros

March brought more terminations at top that were long over due. Most anybody worth while has left while waiting on the terminations that were overdue.

Cons

New 2013 Management in place 5 months and still no vision, no direction. They terminated several execs that needed to be gone. But, beyond terminations and running people off - they have done nothing but repeat lame speeches from their first week. Bringing in Dell clique to replace BHS clique - may be better but being yelled at is not leadership. Key points for any company are direction and leadership and there is still none showing.

Pros

Few-very few co-workers who still value good work ethics.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. No time with family. Can't move up in the company. You have to know someone to be taken care of. No integrity. A haven for scum bags who want to get paid and do nothing. NO DISCIPLINE. You have to kill someone to get fired. Employees laugh at you for trying to correct their mistake. I wouldn't trust 95% of employees with a firearm much less handle cash. I would rather go back to the military and deploy to Iraq or Afghanistan again then to work for this company.
