      Pros

      I am going on my 5th year as a Property Manager for Broad and I love my job! They genuinely care about their employees and are always available to assist when needed. They strive to provide the residents of their communities the highest level of customer service and best living experience possible.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have a better benefits package.

      Pros

      I have been with Broad management for 3 months. I have enjoyed the short time I have been with this company and the appreciation and care that they have for their employees. They pay well and push you to be the best you can be. Great leadership from the bottom up. My regional manager supports me 100%. Great training program. Team oriented, fun place to work.. They want you to move up in the company.

      Price and quality of healthcare insurance needs to be better.
