Pros
I started with Broad Management little over a year! This is the best working experience I haven't encountered in my job career. At sight, I didn't know what to except , who were the people I was going to work with but less than year , I started discovering that Broad Management is here to help me advance my career. It happened when I was offered the opportunity to take NALP classes and I passed! Next thing you know , I was offered to take NPO classes and I passed ! What a thing to be proud out. I strongly believe there is success path with Broad Management. What a great company ! Really enjoy the majority of my coworkers. Most are humble, friendly, and skilled. They don't over exert you but challenge you to bring your best. Lots of people to learn from, and you're not micromanaged. I encourage you to take a chance and you will count your stories. I can't wait to take up to new challenges.
Cons
Not everyone gets bonuses. What about a time of the year where all Broad Management employees meet up to celebrate the Brand. What about cruises ? Etc.. I want to see Broad Management get more involved in local activities with partners such as sports and fun activities.
