Pros

Decent benefits and good work experience. I like working for a company that helps songwriters.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Communication with management is non-existent at worst and pandering at best. Pay is not as competitive as they claim. More people have to commute to work because they cannot afford to live in Nashville. Executives in New York are out of touch with the Nashville office. Instead of getting to know employees on an individual level they told to them to join groups based on race and sexuality. DEI initiative on it's surface seems like a good idea yet in practice is more divisive because it is forcing employees to think of their peers primarily through a racial/sexuality lens that management curates.

Pros

Great benefits and a nice remodeled building. Able to work from home when the country shutdown for Covid-19.

Cons

Operators that live in TN are made to come in the office to work while the out of state operators continue working from home. This is a dead end job. They don’t appreciate at loyal employee that volunteers to help others in the department. They have cut out overtime. You can forget about opportunity for advancement. It will be outsourced soon. Mainframe Computer Operators are a dying bread. Young people should go into other parts of Information Technology.

Pros

Decent benefits Good work environment

Cons

Traditional Corporate office 9-5 even though the requirements are only 37.5 hours for full time. You will work overtime at least 5 weeks of every quarter. IT has a choke hold on any innovation. It's a waste of talent for developers.
