Good for me. Not for others.

Pros

The overall company is stable. There are a lot of great people that work here. Most roles don't require long work hours. It's a safe place to make mistakes (not going to get fired over mistakes).

Cons

Nobody is empowered. There is a lot of politics, more than the normal amount at companies. As a generalization, the executive leadership is weak. There's no clear direction or vision. There seems to be a wide gap between the executive and majority of employees when it comes to salary. Lot of people are underpaid.

Pros

People (most) are nice and its fairly relaxed

Cons

Wrong people in senior places who really don't know how to man manage nor do they have sufficient knowledge of what goes on on the "ground". Tie you down with 3 month notice period at most levels!!! Senior managers are incapable of spotting talent and have no room for innovation.
