Pros

None- minimum wage and thats it -- oh you get free hot chocolate drinks once in a while.

Cons

It i s acon artist company pretends to be non profit and pays its employees nothing but executives make $250,000 a year. Management is structured as a pyramid scheme and they rip off the music industry artists and pay them less than they are supposed to receive.

Pros

A great company to work for. Decent benefits. They are not-for-profit, have a 37.5 hour work week and allow many employees to work from home.

Cons

Several full time employees are way over worked and under paid.
