Pros

BMI is a great foot in the door. It’s an accessible job that looks good on a resume. The PRO experience I gained from working here has been useful on countless professional occasions since leaving the company. The people are great, and the main reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

The licensing sales department is very much a call center environment. It’s a relatively cut throat workplace and takes a certain type of person to excel. It was just a job for me, not something I viewed as a career. That made it hard to dedicate the amount of attention management was pushing.
