Pros
Most of co-workers work hard and competence, the managers are promoted from engineers, they usually work longer hours than engineers and knows the details of engineers' work. You can get the necessary resource to do the job.
Cons
Senior management does not have a clear vision on product road map. The salary is low but used to have good stock based compensation, but now it is only one-third of what used to be. New comer get even less.
