      - Clear company direction - Strong, yet humble leadership team - Strong track record, with high ambitions - Growth presents good job opportunities

      Cons

      As a US company with a strong domestic focus, Broadridge has only recently started investing more in its international business. It is still very US focused, but that is starting to change.

      Pros

      - Very good training opportunities and a strong learning culture. - The company is very financially stable but is also innovating with investments in new technologies such as Blockchain and AI - Good recognition and career progression if you work hard and stand out.

      Cons

      Slightly bureaucratic at times but only to be expected at a large organisation and they are working hard to streamline processes wherever possible.
