In BR India, there is a lot of difference in work culture among business units. Moving from one BU to another makes one feel like joining a new organization. Middle management is poor showing favoritism leading to bad politics. Work/life balance is just a myth. Senseless bonds at every level of the hierarchy. Physical security policies are worst in the industry. They treat employees like theft suspects. So much of friction between R&D and Shared services teams. HR is arrogant and never cares about employees.
