Pros

All around great environment. The overwhelming majority of employees were fantastic people in addition to being driven, hardworking and intelligent. The work is a challenge and the initiatives interesting - an environment of continuous learning.

Cons

Compensation and talent allocation. The compensation levels at Broadridge are a huge problem. They are uncompetitive with outside industry in addition to large variation existing across cities and countries with comparable living standards. Mid level management turns a blind eye to this issue and it has cost them significantly with turnover. Talent allocation is also a source of internal strain. If you anticipate your skillset will be a factor in how you will be utilized then think again.
