Pros
Good people, you can usually find people who will help you/guide you. Worked within the sales organization.
Cons
The place is somewhat of a maze both in its reporting structure and how to navigate the management. It is often unclear who is "above" whom. There is a lot of history of competition amongst teams/groups/departments and that seemed to be a constant that would not change.
