Good overall cash compensation for deserving and skilled employees who show results, Good employee perks & incentives, management objectives bonuses, 401K match, etc. Good work-life balance & flexible working environment Conservative approach in recession times, Online learning management with tons of courses and access to ebooks.

Cons

Medical insurance plan premiums and coverage offered Vacation (starts with 2 weeks, It increases with years of service 3 weeks at 5th year, etc.) Feel left out after a while and tend to feel side-lined
