      Very good HR Policies and HR is friendly with employees Management is very approachable

      Your fate depends on the project but manager will try to keep you happy in some way or the other Huge hirearchy due to which your performance can get unnoticed if not maintining good relation with immediate supervisor

      Flexible work arrangements Supportive of work/life balance Continual opportunities to learn new things Many talented, approachable and hard working people to work with Lots of little perks that make it a 'fun' place to work

      Compensation is pretty average Growth has been pretty stagnant lately Vacation days only get to 4 weeks after 10 years, and 5 weeks after 20 Technology baggage...it's an older well established system that is hard to make big changes to.
