Pros

Never heard of layoffs at Broadridge even during the financial crisis. Those of us who worked during the ADP years enjoyed great benefits.

Cons

Broadridge is a sweatshop. Work-life balance is a concept alien to Broadridge. This results in very high turnover. If you have an option of working for Broadridge or another company I'll advice you to pick the other company.
