      It has good work life balance, but don't expect career growth

      Pros

      They don't make you overwork , at least in my team. We have 10 days sick leave, 10 CLs, 10 PLs. They give an avg of 10-13% hike every year , won't go less than that

      Cons

      No career growth, rather everyone is so complacent and chill, they'll make you forget your tech stack, no one is up to date. No one knows what's going on in the industry.
