Work life balance is fine. Management Training Program is your best bet to fast track to executive level. Good place for positive work environment.

Cons

Glass ceiling is common. This is not a company for highly career motivated graduates. If you are a superstar coming out of college, Broadridge is NOT the place to apply.

-Friendly place to work, relaxed atmosphere. -Good benefits for US employees (options, stock and medical) -Suitable if looking for a long career within the same realm. -Great opportunity to move around within organization.

Cons

-Not a place to work at if you are looking for innovative / cutting edge technologies. -People tend to hold on to knowledge as a means of job security. -Promotions based on who you know -Prepare to be ignored if you are from a minority/religious affiliation -Top heavy, too many managers
