      good starting salary, some people are nice. learn the industry and is a good way to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      this company has zero cohesiveness. it is so dysfunctional the internal motto is "one broadridge" there are scandals left and right that HR overlooks due to politics. the offices are horrible and for the most part, managers have little regard for their employees
